2000 Jaguar S-Type V6 3.0 SE Automatic
The Jaguar S-Type debuted at the 1998 Birmingham Motor Show and was marketed between 1999 and 2008, reviving the name of the company's 1963-66 S-Type. Early S-Types were produced between 1999 and 2002 and are distinguished by a U-shaped centre console. The traditional leaping Jaguar was optional even though it is approved by the US and EU standards and breaks away in the case of an accident. Subsequent models have the Jaguar logo incorporated within the radiator grille and a more traditional 'looped' styling for the centre console.
Now seventeen years old, this early Jaguar S-Type 3.0 V6 SE Automatic is finished in the attractive Emerald Green with a complimenting dark tan full leather interior. Having covered just 82,271 miles from new, the car is described by the vendor as being in a very impressive general condition throughout, and driving superbly without any major mechanical or electrical faults whatsoever.
The vehicle file consists of the original owners bookpack, V5 registration document, MOT certificate (expires 19th December 2017 with no advisory notes issued), full MOT history, spare key and a complete full service history. The last service was carried out at 79,195 miles in August 2016.
In summary this car is a remarkable genuine example of its type and due to its overall condition and supporting service history is a credit to its previous four owners.
