Renault 5 Auto Offered for sale 49000 miles, Deceased Sale Barn Find, One owner project car to get running, UPDATE we have replaced the Fuel tank sender securing ring, refitted all the fuel lines, throttle linkages, disconnected the secondary pump and the car is now running, driving and stopping. We previously had it cranking and fired on fuel in the carb, it looks like a pump problem was found, the tank/pump fixing ring is missing, a secondary pump has been fitted but we cannot see a return hose as yet. It looks like the car will clean up very well once the running faults are fixed. There is some history with the car which includes the book pack including the service record up to 2009 showing 47,000 miles and 8 stamps altogether, some old MOTs and a few invoices.
