The venue is conveniently located in the M3/M25/London Triangle, some 15 minutes from Junction 10 M25 or Junction 1 of the M3 via Sunbury on Thames and Hampton Court.
Junction 10 M25 - A3 to London, exit A244 Esher Common to Esher High Street, Right at traffic lights (opposite Nat West) down Esher High Street (A307), through two sets of lights, Sandown Park Race Course is on your left. The Esher Hall is to the extreme right of the main building.
Junction 01 M3 to Sunbury on Thames to Hampton Court. Right at roundabout on to Hampton Court Way (A309) continue to Scilly Isle junction and turn right up Portsmouth Road (A307) to Esher. Sandown Park is on your right.
Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are both within easy reach approximately 30 minutes away via the M25 Motorway.
With huge car park, the 10,000 sq. ft. Esher hall and central location, Sandown Park offers one of the finest locations in the country.

We have two levels of entry: Standard at £100 + VAT or Premier at £150 + VAT
The Standard Entry offers a full colour listing on the Website Catalogue with description and a single photograph, plus a full colour, half-page, listing in the printed catalogue with the same, single photograph.
The Premier Entry offers a full colour listing on the Website Catalogue with description and up to ten photographs, plus a full-page, full colour listing in the printed catalogue with three photographs.
All levels attract the same, low commission rate of 5%
Entering a car via the Website
You may enter a vehicle from this web site using the Entry Form Icon on the front page. Complete the form, making sure that you give us all the information requested, if it states that a question must be answered, the form will not be submitted unless those questions are answered.
We cannot over stress the importance of early consignment of vehicles. Many people are disappointed when their entry is not accepted due to over subscription. Early consignment gives us the opportunity to promote an entry and gives your car the best possible exposure. A late entry does nobody any favours and can result in No Entry. Help us to help you sell your car, get it on this site as early as possible, where it may be viewed by 1,000's of prospective buyers, get it on our Fax-U-Back system and on to our data base. Remember, it costs you nothing to post a provisional entry on this site, but it must be confirmed not later than 14 days before the next sale date.
To send photographs as an attachment to a separate e-mail. First open your e-mail programme. Enter details of the subject matter. Click on the Paper Clip, this will take you to your programme files. Find the photograph (s) you want and either make a Zip file and add that or simply add them to the e-mail individually. Send to firstname.lastname@example.org
To resize or check the size of your photograph click on Image, which will produce a drop down menu. Click on Image Size and this will give you the size in pixels and cm. If you wish to resize you can either use the crop method or just type in the appropriate size required. When sending to Barons the ideal size is (pixels) 1100 x 750 x 300dpi (preferred but 72dpi will do) These sizes eqate to 9.30 x 6.30 cm.
If you are sending details of a confirmed entry be sure to include your credit or debit card details, if the entry is only provisional, one must confirm the entry not later than two weeks prior to the sale date, to be sure of entry into the auction catalogue.

Entry to Viewing and/or Auction is by Catalogue Only.
Catalogues are available on the day at £15.00 and admit two people to the sale. Additional persons are charged at £5 per head.
HPI Data Check
All SOLD vehicles are subjected to a HPI Equifax Vehicle Data Check. This service provides information on vehicles listed as Stolen or on the Outstanding Finance Register. Any vehicle discovered to have an undisclosed history in relation to any of these areas will be liable to rejection by the buyer and will result in the seller becoming liable for Buyers Premium, Sellers Commission and all reasonable expenses incurred by the buyer and Barons (Auctioneers) Ltd.
A standard charge of £10.00 + VAT is levied for this service. Persons wishing to avoid this charge will be required to sign a disclaimer absolving Barons (Auctioneers) Ltd of any liability should a vehicle prove to have such undisclosed history.
Commission and Premium
The Premium and Commission rates at Barons are among the most competitive in the country.
Buyers Premium is only 10%. A minimum of £150 is applied to amounts of £1,500 or less.

The sellers commission is 5% A minimum of £150 is applied to all sales of £3,000 and under.
Payment Our Preferred Method of Payment is Via Debit Card
We Accept Visa - Mastercard - Maestro - Delta - Visa Electron and Solo cards.
Credit Cards are acceptable for payment of deposits only, but will attract an additional 3% charge.
Other acceptable methods of payment are Bankers Draft or Certified
Cheque, made payable to Barons (Auctioneers) Ltd.
All client funds are held in our "Secure Client Account" and paid to vendor's within 8 working days of the sale date. Auction on Tuesday - Payment made following Wednesday.
Please Note: Barons do not accept personal or business cheques in payment for vehicles or in payment of deposits on vehicles. In the event that a buyer is unable to complete a purchase on the day of the sale, they will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the total purchase price by way of Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash or Bankers Draft. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received by Barons.
Barons Do Not operate an account system. All vehicles must be paid for on the day of sale or by noon on the following day. If one intends to collect a vehicle on the following day, one must pay a minimum deposit of £500 or 10% of the total purchase price. Whichever is the greater.
Cash is acceptable, but we are now obliged, by law, to declare any sums above £9000 to the Customs, Excise and Revenue services.
