If you wish to make a Commission or Telephone Bid you will need to complete the required form. These are available by clicking on the links below. Once completed and signed they can be faxed to us at 023 8042 8469, scanned and emailed to info@barons-auctions.com or Posted to P.O. Box 243 Hythe SO45 6WZ. These forms must be printed off, completed and signed.

A Commission Bid means that you bid a maximum amount and allow us to bid on your behalf, up to but not beyond your highest amount. We do not start the bidding at your maximum but try to buy at the best possible price, in line with the bid increments in the hall. A £500, refundable, deposit is required to register.

Telephone bidders will be called just before the lot, in which they have an interest, is to be offered. You will be able to hear the bidding and can instruct our staff to enter bids on your behalf. Please DO NOT register for a telephone bid if you do not intend to bid or are trying to buy at well below the lower estimate. Those attending the auction will always have the advantage in Post Auction bidding.

A £500, refundable, deposit is required to register. A fee of £20.00 is payable by telephone bidders, which will be deducted from the deposit.
