1963 MGA Roadster with Alfa Romeo twin cam 1750 cc engine and 5 speed gearbox. It is also fitted with a front disc brake conversion, uprated front shocks and springs etc, using numerous new parts, of which there are too many to list. There is a large file of bills, letters, parts invoices etc, plus a very detailed account written of all the work carried on this car. Previously owned by an engineer who decided this was the car he always wanted to build, and the vendor states that the conversion is done to a high standard.

This is a chance to own an MGA twin cam at a fraction of the cost of the original MG version of this model. The engine has had a small fortune spent on it, including timing chains, bearing shells, head work, rebuilt radiator with heavy core, new exhaust etc. The engine is a 1.8 Alfa Romeo twin cam, the body was removed from the car and restoration carried out, new floor panels etc, the interior was restored with leather including the dash, door cards made out of alloy, the afla speedo rev counter oil and water gauges were an exact fit. Also fitted with a rear boot rack. The colour is British racing green with cream steel wheels, tyres are in very good condition, soft top and tonneu cover. This conversion fits nicely into the engine bay and sounds fabulous, with that true sports car rasp and suits the car. With MGA factory twin cams reaching new heights in value this MGA looks true value and is huge fun to drive.

There is a drop box available with more photos, including the underside, and a short video of the car running - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/h86ilzy2auvs7f6/AADYH5V7BU7FEUV1Ftv-Gcs-a?dl=0
