A Nash Eight-90 Series 1931 limousine that is described by the vendor as being in lovely condition. The car starts, runs and drives nicely, and has been family owned plus one, since being imported, we believe in the 1940s. The car has always been garaged, and well loved and cared for. It has had an electric start button installed, and a new 6 volt battery has recently been fitted. The car was overhauled by the family mechanic that has maintained the car through most of its life. The high quality body, with suicide doors, was originally built by Seamen Body Corporation, and remains in excellent condition. The interior is also described as being in lovely condition, with some amazing details such as roller blinds in the rear. The car has only had 3 former registered keepers, and it comes with a V5 logbook and owner's manual. This is a truly wonderful and rare car.
The vendor purchased this car with the specific purpose of going to China for the 1091Km YRD Classic car event in 2019. A picture of the car being unloaded is in the report of the on the event on page 5 of the link below. The car was then shipped back to the UK and is now surplus to requirements.
