Austin A40 Sports Convertible 1952 offered for sale in a stunning powder blue. A rare classic in excellent condition.

This A40 is a lovely example of British motoring history and has been beautifully preserved. The car is in very good condition throughout and is truly one that stands out in a crowd. This particular model is hard to find, due to the fact it is a convertible and hardly any were made compared to the standard Austin Somersets.

The car starts easily, runs smoothly and the 4 speed column-change gearbox works as it should, giving a charming retro driving experience. The convertible roof is in great condition and folds down with ease. The car looks great with the roof both up and down, adding to its charm. The powder blue paintwork is good and suits the car very well, giving compliment to the chrome detailing. The interior is fantastic and well kept.

This is overall a great example of a very rare model that would be popular at any classic car show.
