I agree to be bound by your Conditions of Sale as printed in your catalogue and on your web site and understand that any bid made by me cannot be withdrawn and will form the basis of a contract to purchase subject to acceptance by the vendor.

In order for Barons Auctioneers Ltd to comply with the requirements of the act, all lots offered for sale are deemed to be for REPAIR or RECONDITIONING before use.
Barons Auctioneers have no evidence that any lot offered for sale is as required by the act 'SAFE' unless offered with a current engineers report confirming that the 'PRODUCT' is a 'SAFE PRODUCT as defined by the act'.
