MGA Roadster 1959 offered for sale, benefiting from a restoration carried out in 2024 and presenting a good example of this classic British sports car.
Recent work carried out includes 2 front shock absorbers, a carburettor overhaul, an engine rebuild with new piston rings, crankshaft bearings, and a cylinder head overhaul with a new water pump. In addition, the car has also benefitted from a full engine service.
This MGA was imported from America in 2015, having had a previous restoration at that time, including many new parts. The car has since been converted to right hand drive and a new hood was fitted by the previous owner. This MGA is a very solid example all-round with extremely good panels. The red paintwork has faded slightly, but the car still looks good. The interior remains in very good condition and the engine runs well.
