This 2003 Mercedes 500 SL is described by the vendor as a very good example in all aspects. It is one of the first of the new model, finished in metallic silver, with an unmarked leather interior with wooden inserts in the dashboard and door panels. This car comes with all the toys including electric roof, electric windows, electric mirrors, heated and memory seats, sat nav, and high quality stereo.

In the summer enjoy the roof down, and in the winter the steel roof is just like a coupe. The car is very quick, and cossets you on your journey with the computer aided suspension, it’s a real pleasure to drive. It's no tortoise with its 5000 cc v8 upfront, but you can also just cruise around town. The car comes with a substantial amount of service history, invoices, service book, and old MOTs. It is fitted with a tracker, which just needs reactivating. The only known issues are the remote keys requires reprogramming, The Satnav requires reprogramming, asking for disc, And the stereo is working but no sound is coming out, although a new Aeriel has been fitted. The car has just had a new MOT, and the failure work cost nearly £1000.00. Reciept is included. The private number plate is included with the car. Previously purchased in one of our auctions, the vendor finds it hard to get in and out of, and this is the only reason for sale.
