Saab 900i 2.1L 16V Convertible purchased 2013 from a resident of the Isle of Man (Reg. No. LMN-590-B) who was a Saab main dealer technician throughout the 80s and who recognised it, as he put it, as a "good un". It was first registered in Sydney in January 1994 and was imported into the UK in 1999. The car is described by the vendor as very sound, mechanically good and to drive very smoothly. Cosmetically, it has minor rust in the normal places you find with a 30 year old car. Bottom door sill, bonnet edge, adjacent to right hand rear light etc. The hood was replaced soon after purchase and is in very good condition as are the leather seats. The driver's seat had a leather panel professionally replaced and is in need of a simple one inch stitch. The windscreen needs replacing at some point. The advisory on the MoT mentioned the rear tyres are slightly cracked and reported a slight oil leak. The radio aerial also needs fixing. The car was purchased with the front head light wipers in a box but the vendor never bothered to fit them (supplied).
There is the original service book with entries to 2001 plus various paperwork and bills since purchase including MoTs. The original leather folder and handbook is present plus the beige Tonneau cover (without holdall) included here and a fully fitted weatherproof tarp.

There is no reserve as this car needs to be out of London and the ULEZ charge madness. With its low (Saab) mileage and sound chassis it'll still be going strong when it becomes a "Classic" Classic in 2033.

Good luck bidders!
