Triumph Herald 1200 Estate 1965 offered for sale, with an indicated 52,000 miles and presents in good overall condition inside and out.
The car has recently been recommissioned, this work includes a new battery, all brake wheel cylinders, a new clutch master and slave cylinders, new carpets and door seals. This car is driving well and was in fact driven 30 miles to the auction venue. There is a lot of paperwork with the car, including the original log book, original bill of sale, and a collection of most MOT certificates to help the low indicated mileage. The body work is generally solid with some minor rust, the most notable being a 2-inch hole in the passenger foot well, which can be easily repairable.
This is a well sought after classic and are becoming increasingly hard to find. It is well-preserved and practical, making a wonderful weekend car that is ready to be enjoyed.
