This is a 1965 MG Midget MkII which has been developed as a fast road car, and has just come out of long term storage. Finished in Iris Blue with a Black interior, the car is said to be in very good condition. There is a large portfolio of invoices, old MOTs, and a photo album of the extensive work that has been done on the car in the past. The last owner purchased the car in 1995 and seems to have spent a fortune on the vehicle developing it into what it is today.

The 11 stud engine has been bored out to 1380cc, it has an Oselli Stage 2 Fast Road unleaded cylinder head fitted, tuftrided crank, duplex timing chains, Kent cam and followers, lightened and re-faced flywheel, 45 DCOE Weber, performance distributor with Luminition electronic ignition, and has been balanced. There is also a performance exhaust, and a re-conditioned radiator. Recent re-commissioning includes, new battery, new clutch and brake master cylinder, strip, clean and service the brakes, new battery and a service.

There is a record of the body having new floors, inner and outer sills, bulkhead repairs, and new rear lower wings, and new front sidelights. In all the body looks to be in very good condition, including the underside. The car comes with a hood and frame. A truly wonderful looking 1960’s sports car which will provide its new owner with a lot of fun. This car now haa a NEW MoT
