Purchased by the vendor in 2018, this 1990 Saab 900 Turbo manual has been stored in a dry garage and used only in the summer months. The Odometer at the time of purchase was in the region of 111,450 miles, and it is currently 115,295 miles. Recent work by the vendor has been to clean and grease all electric window motors, clean and grease electric mirror switches, treating the rust on the bonnet (the lip below the badge both sides), then filled and painted.
The car has recently had some work done by DCA Saab in Upper Bucklebury. The work included a turbo boost issue being resolved, replace the return pipe on the fuel filler as there was a slight fuel vapor smell, and a new seal on the fuel pump. The underside of the car and the chassis were checked for rust (there was slight rust on the NSF upper wishbone mounting) and new underseal was applied.
The vendor states that the car runs very well, and that all electrics work perfectly. There are some lacquer issues on the front of the bonnet, but otherwise the exterior and the interior are in very good condition. Solid and fun to drive.
